TradeRankUS (SaaSify Labs) provides digital marketing services for trade businesses, including but not limited to:

• Google Business Profile management
• Local SEO optimization
• Google Ads and Meta Ads management
• AI receptionist and call-answering services
• Google Local Service Ads setup and management
• Website design and development
• Review automation
• Social media management

The specific services, scope, and fees applicable to your engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or order form. These Terms of Service govern your general use of our website and any services not covered by a separate agreement.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives of businesses operating in the United States. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business, and all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as described on our Pricing page or in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
• One-time services (e.g., website design) are invoiced upon project initiation or as otherwise specified.
• Ad spend for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Service Ads is billed separately and passed through at cost.
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your service agreement.

5. No Contracts / Cancellation

Monthly services operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your monthly service at any time by providing written notice to hello@traderankus.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, credentials, and content as requested.
• Grant us access to relevant accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, Google Ads) as needed.
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business that may affect service delivery.
• Ensure all information provided to us does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to TradeRankUS (SaaSify Labs) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Work product created specifically for your business (e.g., website design, ad copy) becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as particular search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue increases — digital marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, and factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeRankUS (SaaSify Labs) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts. You agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
